Confess to feeling a bit lucky that I didn't update from 1.33 due to work pressures. I agree with the OP. The stuttering would drive me crackers. Even when not being played, Wonka is a thing of beauty in any gameroom - a work of art in attract mode! The stuttering detracts from that. All MHO, of course, but I will wait to update.

jimbodeanny - brilliant news. Thanks for keeping this up to date. I hadn't installed the update because of the issues you showed. Just MHO, but it would have taken something away from such a beautiful game! As soon as the next update is out of beta, I'll install it. Thanks again!

I installed 2.0 and rebooted. I'm glad I'd been drinking at the time to numb the shock, as the animations were choppy as YouTube in 1898! I thought, oh no. Something must have been going on as a background task, however, because after 5 minutes the visuals were back to being smooth as butter. It's fine. I would recommend installing this update - well done, JJP!
