Quoted from MK6PIN:

I think any manufacturer would be susceptible to defects. It's how they handle it ( or not) determines ultimate credibility

Agreed. When I was at ReplayFX this year I noticed that the JP Premium game had the same rippling clear issue around playfield posts.-especially around the slings. While this wasn't a production game it still appears to be something that plagues all manufacturers. I do think that Stern does a fantastic job in supporting their games and covering these kinds of issues which is why I wouldn't hesitate to order from them. I haven't bought a JJP game yet so I can't comment on their level of support.

Quoted from f3honda4me:

I haven't seen anyone getting a new populated PF or free PF for GOTG, Beatles, etc? If I have missed them replacing all these problem PFs, please link it to us? I think the GB playfield is the only place I saw this happen, but haven't seen anything on the other titles of PF replacement.

I know someone that will be getting a replacement Beatles populated PF because of clear and art chipping off the playfield. There have been numerous other titles where this has been done for besides GB. SM Vault as an example was also hit hard with ghosting issues. It sucks to see but at least Stern is standing behind their product.

Quoted from PanzerFreak:

No I believe ya. It just weird that there's what appears to be a clear washer under the star post in the JJP service update doc on top of a black plastic washer.

That's just the bottom of the star post.
