This is true. My POTC has chipping in multiple spots.
WOZ has light wear around throne room VUK, but that has around 4,000 plays.
Hobbit- flawless with around 4,000 plays as well.
REPORT: JJP is going to announce their solution via podcast.
Which leaves one to ponder, how will we see Jack’s cartwheel punctuation after the “solution” is announced?

Lastly, I'll say again I have their games and they're all fine. All of my Stern games are fine. My Wonka is running 110% My Pirates has been brutalized and its going strong. All of my Stern games are firing on all cylinders with no issues. On a side note none of this matters because according to AOC the world is ending anyway in 12 years. LOL
But other than that my pinball games are all great and I promise to tell you what I hear.
Must be nice to be so well connected. Let us know what that carthwheeling fruit loop has to say. Those of us who have sent him $50,000 in the last few years would love to hear from him.
Hell, I couldn’t even get an employee to return my call over my Gobstopper mech descending into the playfield every full rotation. Thank God I know the King of Pinball repair and he tore it apart, greased it, and reassembled for me. Something any new $9500 machine should require I guess.
Maybe Jack can come install the unpopulated playfield he’s planning to send me for my clear and paint chipping issues.
Last JJP machine for me. I’ll buy 2 Stern Pros instead. At least I know Stern will correct any issues that could arise.

I’m not confirming anything. I was told to “hang tight” by a distributor and he alluded to this being Jack’s “fix.” Assuming you are missing clear and paint. Just the clear and you’re pretty much on your own.
