Lads, wondering if this hang up is a common issue out there? And has anyone raised this with JJP. This will happens very regularly and the machine is on site meaning it requires a service call each time.
I’ve also noticed the machine will just continually ball search instead of moving on after 3 or 4 searches. Even After rebooting the machine it will not exit ball search at all.
I do remember this being an issue in WOZ as well.

Is there supposed to be a cover over the ramp?
Flippers are on 19. I’ve found it a bit to sluggish on any setting lower than that.
Especially on long shots to Wonkavision..

Ok I wasn’t aware of an air ball protector being available. Many thanks.
I did stop by the venue and pack some foam in between the Ommpa’s legs to stop balls getting stuck.

Still looking for answers on the ball search issue if anyone can relate.
