Maybe its a sign! BK3K!?!?!

I'd be interested in hearing the album cut instead of this *single* version. This just has to be the single version since the *you can do it you can do it* part has been left out .
Cool though.

Looks like he goes by
Dr. Rockyowitz on Youtube.
1st link cuts out right before the chorus

2nd link is more of him teaching how to play the lead part

3rd link is basically what chadderack posted, just labled "final". https://soundcloud.com/rockyowitz/black-knight-2014-final

Let's hope he's never heard that OR the original score.

I REALLY wanted to start a band called System 11 and do only covers of system 11 era games. This guy gets it.

Good find Chad!

There's lots of cool pin music you could "metal up"

I wish I still had my recording gear ....

Sounds pretty good.

Never seen this cover. Thanks for sharing.

Oh yeah, Thomas actually learned how to play this in a night for me simply because I asked him if he could. (I'm the person he's talking about in the description.) What was really cool is Brian Schmidt actually saw the video and commented on it.

And it all stemmed from this episode of my show that I made for a couple of months ago which was all about Steve Ritchie, Ed Boon, and Eugene Jarvis:

Thomas Rakowitz is a HUGE fan of my podcast (it's my avatar **PLUUUG***) and he's contributed music for the cast members various side projects for a while now. He's an amazing talent.

Also, sadly, no, it's not a sign of a BK3K. We'll leave all of the signs of upcoming games to Gary Stern's Facebook photos of him at trade shows.

That's awesome. Steve has been tone deaf for years now, but if he could hear that, he would definitely approve. Steve once played in a band that opened for the Doobie Brothers and can still shred a mean guitar. Plays by sense of braille. d

hmmm.....

....uh... I much prefer this version

It's been said many times before, of course, but BK2K has an awesome music/lightshow package. Seriously considering one if ever I can crack the System 11 nut and find more nice space for more games around here.

Brian Schmidt...Thank you

Truly one of the best in the business. Sound is so important to the experience.
Swords of Fury is a masterpiece of sound too, would love to have a BK2K to sit right next to it.

Was this on Stern's FB page? LOL

If so, it HAS to be a sign, right?

But....why would they use the same music?!

When I saw ST, I was wondering if SR had seen STTNG and SM. Then I realized he probably had.

Oddly, that sounds great.....
