I'm just getting started with this WMS System 6 MPU but I thought I'd ask if anyone had seen this before. With Leon's test EPROM both LEDs on the board flash, but not in sync like they usually do. Here's a quick video:

Good call! The PIA socket had previously been replaced, badly. New socket installed and the LEDs are now flashing in sync. Thought it might be the AMI PIA but it tested okay. As always thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
