The spinning Station in WMS' 1988 Space Station was a clever groundbreaking mech, but its execution is arguably underwhelming: you almost don't even notice that it spins. And that thin plastic sits atop a large black plastic void. Could it be better? Here are two easy ways:

    1) I designed a set of "dock stickers" for the divereter mech below the station. As it turns, the newly named-and-numbered "docks" pass in and out of view: it's subtle yet far more noticeable than the station itself! It also dresses up the "void" below the station in a plausible way, giving the station additional "heft" to match the awesome translite illustration.

    2) For the upper playfield, new reproductions are finally available from PPS. With those you may find the ball now tends to swirl and swish as it settles a bit before dropping: this was typical for these machines when they were new, but can seem distracting or slow compared to older PFs with a hole worn out and enlarged to where the ball would drop immediately. So I imagined the ball as settling into an airlock before dropping, and designed stickers to match. It now seems to indicate the ball drop as a "mechanical feature" of sorts, ha!

These are printed on thin 3M Scotchcal vinyl with a matte laminate, rich in color and detail to match typical plastics and stickers. They are edge-cut, ready to peel and stick. Application is simple: you just need to remove a few screws and the station diverter for that set. It is possible to install the upper pf stickers without removing it BUT in fairness you may find it easier to align them if you remove that part. The vinyl allows some removal and readjustment if you get your alignment wrong as you go.

I'm offering the full set for $6.50 shipped USPS first class mail. Please PM me if you're interested and we'll go from there. Thanks for looking!
