Also, there are chinese made bingos and the target markets seem to be central and south america.
I don't think bingo pinball would work in traditional casinos (maybe one ball games) but in a niche "alternative" casino for people who want something different they might have a shot. And they could definitely work in bars.
I've heard from several sources that there are locations in SF that still operate bingos. I don't know if they pay out or not.
