As soon as I start a game on my WMS IJ, the ball launch fires immediately without having the pull the trigger. I checked the switch and the trigger works properly and isn’t stuck closed. I tried to make an adjustment so that the ball fires using the left flipper instead of the gun. Same result. Auto fires without hitting left flipper. Only during one mode (can’t remember which one) did the ball sit in the trough and wait for me to hit the gun trigger.
I have L-5 software. Is this normal? If so, It just seems so different from other pins with a push button plunger. If it’s not normal, what could be the problem? Especially when switch edge tests good and no errors indicated. Thanks for the help.
