Hi everybody! just a little question for the Hyperball owners...
Do your HYBL easily reaches the opposite letters "A" and "Y"? Mine is not able to shot balls in the "Y" hole but the end-stroke is before (on the rubber post).
I would like to understand if is a common factory error or not..
Thanks!!!

A and y shots are not an issue for mine. It is fully at the end of the stroke but makes it every time. What rubber is on your stops?

In these examples I see a bare steel pin coming up from the shooter solenoid assembly, which suggests another possible reason for problems. Perhaps Theonlylilo is missing the bushing around that pin, so the solenoid would not travel all the way to the left or right.

Those bumpers look too big! I think mine are about the outer diameter of a typical yellow post sleeve. Not sure if the inner diameter is the same on those hyperball posts.

The metal post on the solenoid and bushing from the shooter handles looks like mine so I don't think that is it...

The "bumpers" or rubber stops are factory size. Maybe it's a problem in your linkage itself? I can take more pics if you want?

Can you hit A and Y with the control panel off, holding the shooter solenoid against the stops? You could also visually check with the control panel on through the coin door to see if the solenoid is resting on the stops when at the extremes of travel.

Sorry for my delay..
Thanks for the info and pictures... I've checked better under the control panel and the harmonic steel bracket (which controls the hypercannon) had loose screws, so once at the end of stroke moved not allowed to hit the "A" and "Y" holes.
Regarding the rubbers, I installed the ones recommended in the manual as the picture below (the same of yours 5280wzrd)..
Now it fully works again!
