WMS Fire lift ramp question

One of my Fire lift ramps will not stay up high enough. The ball catches rolling downward. I suspected the "lift crank assembly" and replaced it. You can see the working, "original" on the left, the new Marco on the right. I think that right crank is not correct as it will not "lock" in a more vertical position. Any comments. I am also not able to find any other vendors for the part number listed in both Marco and in the Fire Manual A-11137 thanks in advance

I have solved the problem but do not know how long the fix will continue to stay. I used JB Weld and filled in the low spots on the release coil latch and where it stops in the lever. Fractions of an inch adjustment there equals more than you can imagine at the end of the lever. Hope it holds
