Hello All
Recently acquired a B/W game and the support for the three button mechanism that usually resides on the coin door appears either missing or missing and broken. Have attached a couple pictures so hopefully it make sense. Maybe someone has what I need hopefully. Thank you

George

Additional pics. Looks like a plastic bit on the right side (as viewed from player position) coin mech holder

Here’s my CV door. Looks like a different button housing to me. The side adjacent to the coin mech is solid like the opposite side.

Hey there

You have metallic coin mexh housings and mine are plastic. There is a small tab that comes off the bottom of the right coin return portion of the mexh that the test buttons attach to. I have it glued for now but would like to get it replaced. Maybe someone has the guts of a coin door I can buy or can direct me to who may have made this door. If any additional pics are needed just ask

Ok its the same style as my AFM and can see what you are missing now. No coin door details in the game manual though.

I’m out of state right now, but I had a couple games semi restored by someone else and got a box of parts back. I have no idea if I have what you need, but when I’m back home tomorrow I’ll look.

Pretty much a useless post if i don’t have it, but figured it would at least remind me to look tomorrow when i get back and check on Pinside.

We're talking about two different coin door brands here.

GPS has an Entropy coin door and Completist has a Coin Controls coin door. Two totally different sets of parts.

Thank you both Ken and Pinzap! I have it glued back together for the moment and it is holding so good for now but would like to get the part if it is available. Completists door looks a lot more robust that the plastic parts in my door.!

Quoted from Completist:

Where the actual three button test module connects to the door with the two small screws is where mine broke. Again, have it repaired for now but hoping I can get the replacement part. Looking again at Completists door from his AFM and it looks identical where the three button test module connects. This is the same on mine.

Just wanted to point out AFM has four buttons.

It looks like the mounting tab for the four button switch assembly is molded into the coin return cup. You'll need to find a cup from an Entropy USA 2-slot DBV ready door from the WPC-95 era.

There's an expired classified Ad for a single slot door from an export CV. Hard to tell if the cup is the same. It may be smaller.

You can try Terry at pinballlife. They sell doors and some door parts.

Thank you kindly. I’ll get in touch with terry

Sorry for the late response (moving my son back to college was not fun) and false hope on the door parts. I looked through what I have and no such luck unfortunately. For some reason I thought I had an old coin door, but wasn’t in the box of parts i got back after the restore.
