NOTE: This did not work. The software inserted each rom but filled the remaining space with FF so the previous files were not persisted.
Removed these as they were incorrect. The GQ Programmer software doesn't seem to have the capabilities needed. Mainly the way to set the buffer size and move blocks in the buffer.

Really, most of the time I need to do a combination I just do a save in pinmame directly to the size eprom I need. No biggie, but some people don't like to deal with the command line at all.
When I have time I'm going to use a hex editor to create the empty space file to make the copy function easier.
