Game reset properly. So I ruled out a stuck 1000 point switch. If I score a 50 or 100 point, all is fine. As soon as I score any 1000 point, chime sticks. 1000 point relay will not release. Any suggestions?

Hi Mikala,,

Look at the e.o.s.switches of the 1000 pts counter. This is the circuit that has to switch the 1000 point relay off by mains of opening of the o.e.s. switches. If the switches do not open, the relay will not release.

Thank you Heidere, that was it. I knew it was something in the backbox, because I removed the backbox this weekend to sand and paint. I was afraid the sanding might jar something off.
