I'm trying to figure out what position score drum is in for the leaf contacts to be open as shown in attached photo. 1st player 1st 1pt for eg. 2 sets of contacts. Are both open while score reels are 1-8 then 1 set closes at 9 and then opens and other set closes at 0?

If it's like other games, all should be open when on 0, all should be closed when on 9, and 2 should be closed when on 0-8.

Thanks, my issue is that some reels have 2 sets of contacts and some reels have 3. I've seen excellent sequence instruction for the 3 contacts but not for the 2 contact stack.

On most games, the greatest number digits (e.g. 10,000) don't need a 9th position switch because there's no greater score reel to trigger to advance.

So that explains why on my 2 player pitch and bat, 2 reels have the extra switch. Thanks, makes sense now. This game is a tough one as I bought it on ebay 10yrs ago and never tried it. Pieces missing etc and rusted up now. Just trying to clean it up before I power it up. The seller had a questionable review by many back then. He had storage units full of games but I trusted him. Thanks

That is a nice visual, but on my upper deck all the long blades are in the middle which makes them act different so I still am lost. That scenario doesn't work with my stacks. Hmm

Checking the diagrams in the parts manuals on Planetary Pinball....

It doesn't seem to match the diagram in the part manual. You might want to check and compare to your reel.

I guess I'll have to do trial and error trouble shooting on bench somehow. I have control boards out of machine anyway for cleaning.
