Yes, the link above is a comprehensive FULL update.

You are fine using your 2GB USB drive. The backup settings file it creates is around 59KB.

BTW, does anyone have the previous full update ISO available? I believe I was running 4.00. I may want to go back to that...

Try this URL for the previous full WOZ ISO which is version 1.24. I also see Delta version 4.11 on this same download page.
