I don't see version 1.21 either. I checked last night and this morning, it is version 1.18. I think this happened last time too, the code was taken down and then put back up a day or so later.

It was there last night and still there right now.
Refresh your page, you may have an old cache in there.

Old cache, up and running now! I had to re-start my computer and the downloads page then came up with 1.21, nothing else worked.
