Not really - there's no point in doing it because a 5 or 7" display can't physically display a 1080 signal without downconverting it. There are a couple screens that purport to be 1080 but they're really just scaling the signal. If I recall, I bought one of those and it still didn't work

It’s been done for sure. DeeGor had it working on one or both. I can’t remember. But then, he’s a genius so…
You need a 1080 to 720 hardware converter, then output to the small display, that’s been the challenge.
FYI - Looks like this guy is selling apron display kits for Stern and Spooky for $220/$230. Maybe he can offer something for JJP.
