I'm not sure the exact term for the part, but on the right side of the playfield, under the black flipper on the ride, just under the Wizard's head, there's a hole the ball can go in, and after a second, it'll pop out. The issue I'm having is, with my machine, it kicks out directly to the middle of the main 2 flippers. So getting the Wizard is basically a 50/50 shot at losing the ball.
Is there a setting in the machine's settings where I can increase or decrease the strength of how hard the ball kicks out?
