Do your plungers have a little groove about 1/4 wide near the end? It sounds like you have the narrow plungers used on the older models. Those require a little nylon collar to fit inio the sleeve properly.

Try switching the coil stop on the right with the one on the left and see if the buzz changes sides. Then you'll know if you're dealing with a coil stop problem or not.
