Hi!
I install my power transistor and bridge rectifier without heat sink compund, after the cleaning. A little bit left on it, but not too much. I fix it tight, as I can.
Can be a problem from this, or not...?

aka reliability goes out the door / you will eventually kill the transistor. This isn't quite as bad as NOT having a heatsink, but you cannot achieve thermal conductivity between the component and the heatsink without decent compound.
Not sure what is generally used in pinball, but I use arctic silver for most of my applications.
Hm, OK, thanks, then I will buy it in a computer shop, and fix it.
I plan to use it, but i cannot found it in my room.
