Bingo! I just did two different shipments from my house in Wisconsin with Beltman. One to PA one to OR. Both were in the low $800s (although the closer one to PA was two games).

You simply haven't given enough information to receive a "delivery quote".
It's been my experience that cost is the same for 400 miles as it would be for 2000 miles. You could use those 2 distances as a reference.

I remember living in Arvada in the late '00s (before gas prices hit the roof), and buying a nice Bally Strikes & Spares from around Riverside, CA. I was running out of time trying to arrange shipping, so I just drove out there to pick it up. I did do a day of skiing at Copper on both legs of the trip, and stopped at some National Parks in Utah along the way.
