Don't think you can use the new one. You could get around not having a lug for one side of the diode, but the two middle contacts share the same lug. On the old switch, the two middle contacts are electronically isolated and have their own wires.

You need something similar to the link below (minus the attached caps). New switch has to have at least four lugs, preferably five, with one insulated from the other four blades/ contacts.
