Thanks, love to see auction results....I will post Anaheim auction results tonight

    #3 6 years ago

Wow, what was up with that batman? Seems like a big outlier.

    #4 6 years ago

Damn it. I forgot all about Winston today.

    #5 6 years ago

    Star Wars DE -4800-4900

    #6 6 years ago

I think it was Batman 66

    #7 6 years ago

One of the things I truly miss about NC.

    #8 6 years ago

Great to see everybody today. Lots of fun and a big crowd. See everybody in December. DE Star Wars with some insert wear for $4,700 plus fees was crazy. It was last so someone needed to leave with a pin. Cost with fees for a home buyer- $ 5,129.00

    WOOOOW.

    #10 6 years ago

Wow..plus fees is crazy for most of those

    #11 6 years ago

You don't think it was a buyback?

    #12 6 years ago

Not a buyback. Why would it be?

Hook didn't boot and had no display. LoTR had over 30k plays on it. TX Sector and Class of 1812 had CPU issues and wouldn't play. And so on.

Great day to be a seller at this auction.

Cost of DE Star Wars full retail from Brady. The one i have has made over 100,000 coins but it has been 24 years now. Incredible its worth more than new.

Great to see everyone. They are allowing "online" bidding which is a bit of a bummer. Anyone have a link to this type of bidding service for this auction house? FG was the first up and stalled at 3200 then the "online" buyer came in. Seemed to happen many times...stall the second wind from an online person. Anyway R&B best deal of the day IMO.

I'm thinking maybe the seller didn't want it to go for a low price so he just bid it up to $4700.00 and just had to pay the buyback fee (maybe $100.00) plus the per item "listing" fee.

Nah. First you would need 2 bidders and only a fool of a seller would pass up that crazy money and second there are very few buybacks lately at these auctions as prices have been high for condition. Isn't like it was years ago.

Hooked - it wasn't really an online bidder, the auctioneer was messing around. It was just bidding on behalf of someone who wasn't there in person (they usually are) and they may be in for a surprise when they see what they bought.

Cool invoice Buddy. Isn't it amazing the value after all these years. Even considering inflation.

    #17 6 years ago

There was only one buyback and it was Raven. The owner had new boards in it .

    #18 6 years ago

Yes all of mine sold. Big Buck Hunter Pro was jome use only and nice, really nice. Ripleys came from Chad Hyatt also very nice. A good day to be a seller.

That's a lot of love for a Raven.

This is the reason I don't go to AUCTIONS.

Yeah man, who the hell wants to go spend a day hanging out with their friends and shooting the shit about arcades and pinballs all day?

    Oh wait... I do.

    #24 6 years ago

Corvette was a prototype with the shifter. Very nice condition too.

    Great seeing everyone!

    #25 6 years ago

Apparently lots of disposable income at the auction. Prices just keep going up, condition be damned!

    #26 6 years ago

Seriously....thought about making the 4-1/2 hour trip to Sevierville next month for a project pin for the winter, but at those prices.....wow!!!

Someone is about to have the worst South Park I've ever seen shipped to them. I didn't leave the Captain's until 2am last night...

    It was Batman 66 (Premium)

    #31 6 years ago

I was pretty surprised by the price considering the condition. The Family Guy, South Park and LOTR were all pretty beat up to my eye. With that said, I hope the buyers are happy with what the bought and they can bring the games back to life!

    Oh wait... I do.

Oh wait! If I want to hang with friends, I go to York show, Allentown, Replay FX. Not a over priced AUCTION. Lmao.

Anybody know the condition of the FT and WPT? Im sure based on past experience they were players condition or worse...

    #38 6 years ago

Both had "evidence of wear and commercial operation" per the very limited auction description. Hard to tell much about the playfields from the pics they provided. The WPT only had 3 legs and decals were scraped up and some rust issues. Decals were faded on FT. Still those were likely the best deals to be had.

    Quoted from twenty84:

The WPT only had 3 legs
