I've have a Bally Lido machine, when the game is played and there is a winning combination the games doesn't appear on the counter. I'm a newbie to this, any help APPRECIATED.

Press the C button on the front rail to "C"ollect.
if you have won a Red Letter game, press and hold the "R"button for a replay with guaranteed odds. Follow the score cards for details.
Thanks for your quick response. I only have an R button when I press it I hear the machine clicking but no numbers ever appear on the counter,
Sorry, was thinking Lido was a Red-Letter game, not Futurity game machine. You correctly pressed the R button to collect. If you have 3 in a row and they are lit on the backglass, you have to use standard electrical troubleshooting techniques with a schematic diagram of the machine.
These are analog computers. Go to the https://bingo.cdyn.com/ site for Snips of the Lido game manual as well as some troubleshooting hints. I'd get a copy of Jeffrey Lawtons Bally Bingo Pinballs book as well.
You likely have a broken wire on a tab on a stepper unit or scanning disc. Or a payout hold relay issue. Or dirty contacts in hundreds of possible areas. I am assuming all Jones Plugs are properly seated and are corrosion-free.
I am unable to troubleshoot over the internet. Need the machine in front of me.
For other Bingo guys who may chime in: does this happen with 3, 4 and 5 in a row wins? Also, besides the standard Bingo card, when you get to move the screen and get color zones, same thing (no replays)?
It happens on 3,4 or 5 in a row. When I move the screen same thing no replays. I do have a schematic now and the videos from Richard Gerlitz.
First thing I'd check would be if the Search Disc is dirty/in need of cleaning. This is the large disc at the right end of the big motor in the center of the bottom of the head. If you see black marks going from rivet to rivet, it needs to be cleaned. Cleaning without disassembly is doable, but can be difficult, especially if you are not a careful person.
Another problem may be that the timer is not stepping up all the way to fourth/fifth position or the ball tracking trip relays are not tripping/maladjusted (maybe because of the timer issue), but take a good look at the search disc first, maybe post a photo. It sounds like the timer and trip relays are moving because you're hearing clicking (the search relays chattering). Dirt on the search disc prevents good electrical contact, and the disc turns at a rate that requires very quick activation of the search index coil (kinda the payout relay in the game - while it is held, games will be added to the replay register). Don't fool with those switches if you can avoid it/ have more experience with switch adjustment - they are very very difficult to adjust properly, and very easy to knock out of adjustment accidentally.
Good luck!
Cleaned the search disc...still no register of winnings. Soooo,, I'm calling in the Dr. More to come after his visit.
