I got tired of my now 20 yr old son and his friends screwing up his laptop. We loaded Unbuntu on it a few yrs ago and never a problem since. He has mild to moderate autism and had zero issues adapting to it. Of course pretty much all he does is surf the web, use youtube and Plex. But prior to going Linux I had to resort to using MS SteadyState so restore his computer back to "stock" after a day of using the PC.
