Quoted from Frogman:^^Hits nail on the head. I’m interested in observations made by other pinheads, but my buying decisions aren’t impacted even slightly by the subjective opinions of others. Surprised by how many people care about the popularity of a game, a reveal, or how a game looks like on a computer screen without flipping it in person.
This exactly. I've never bought a game I haven't at least played at a show (or a friend's house) a few times to get a feel for it before buying.
I firmly believe that for hobbies like pinball you should always buy based on an emotional connection. That way you won't ever be disappointed.
