For anyone thinking about getting this topper, here is a more detailed view.

Like most things, it looks better in person. It has a pretty sturdy feeling, with several layers to give it a 3D effect and a metal enclosure for the lights. It was very easy to install.

where does the screws go? not easy for me looks like my topper will tip over any day.. had to take off 4 screws and 4 round things whatever you call them. wish i had a video to watch how you put it up

#3 3 years ago

Why did you have to remove them?

The 4 caps and 4 screws are the only things securing the top to the base. The screws go in the only holes there, in the back of the base.

Did you not install it yourself?

do the caps go in the front? having a hard time getting those caps in...

they do and are a pain to get in!

This topper is really nice. Built like a tank. Just wish the light was a little dimmer.

put caps in front . screws in back. topper is unstable. moves around back and forth

Your screws are not in right. Only the screws hold it in. Make sure the back of the screw goes into the opening in the back. Make sure ther topper base is facing the right direction. You will feel it locked in once the screws are inserted well.

take some pics if you still need help

Received my topper today and installed however not sure which connector to use in the cabinet. Does anyone have a picture of the one to connect the topper cord to?

Either one on the left center behind the display. Blue and white if I recall

Uh..... No. this thing is bright AF with absolutely ZERO way to dim it down. Big time failure by JJP on this one. It's at least TWICE as bright as the game.

Anyone here figured this out or that could help with this. Cannot find any place the topper would connect??

Should be a plug over on the left side in the plastic clip

#14 2 years ago

Also, when I installed mine, the color of the wires in the instuction picture did not match the color of the wires in my machine.

This is the connector you are looking for. The wire colors are blue and blue/brown. The wires colors in your game are a darker blue than my picture. The cable should start at connector J113 on the IO board. It should be at the end of that loop on the far left of your picture.
