I am not sure if ghosting is the right term for this. My World Cup has 4 insert lights that are lit up to about half brightness all the time. When they should be lit they get brighter. All the other inserts work as they should. Any ideas as to what to check?

I just tried a Comet no ghosting led and that didn't solve the problem.
