Picked up a Williams Touchdown machine. The 1 Pt Drum Unit was missing and all wires going to it have been cut. I have a Drum Unit from another Williams Machine, but the wire colors don't match. I have a schematic, but trying to figure the connections isn't working. Any advice on how to get this thing rewired would be greatly appreciated. I am far from an expert on Pinball machines, so please bear that in mind. This is my first post to the forum I hope I did it correctly.

I think you should take it in stages.
First, wire up the coil and establish that the unit steps properly.
Then go for the end-of-stroke so that you can use the 1 point relay.
Then do the 9th position and verify the carry-over to the 10s.
Then do the zero position and confirm that you can get it to reset.
Finally, do the disc IF you care about match numbers.

Thanks David, I'll give that a shot. The wires in this machine are faded and its very difficult to match them to the schematic. I will try to figure out which wires go to coil.
