Hello! I recently acquired a Williams Taxi as my first ever Pinball Game!!! Wooo!! While I have a decent collection of arcades, this is my first venture into Pinball (and I am scared!).

My 'Taxi' has a couple of things that I need fixed and I am unsure as to where to begin. For starters, the display(?) is only partially working. The bottom half works, but the top half does not. Where would I begin trouble shooting to try and get that back?

Secondly - the attract mode is strange. It doesn't have nearly as many sounds as some of the videos I see on YouTube, I went to the manual and it says

44 Attract Mode Sounds
The operator can select (via the credit button) the amount of sounds occurring during the attract mode. The choices are:

Alot - "Sounds occur for approx. 8 minutes......"
Less - "Sounds occur for approx 2 minutes"
None - "no sounds"

With my display only partially working, I navigated to "AD44" but the only options my credit button gives me is "on/off" -- does anyone know what I am missing!?

PinballManiac40 Certainly! Here you go. I can definitely see a "greenish" hue on them, I tried to get it the best I could.

Thanks. That's a bummer, the part that baffles me is that when I listen to an attract mode on YouTube its considerably different than mine. Mine is very short.

Any suggestions as to who would repair this board?

Thank you both for the recommendation! I sent him a PM and am eager to get them out! In the meantime, I ordered a flipper rebuild kit to begin tackling that project!

Can someone please link me to which Rottendog board I would need? I think I read there is a new one about to come out?
