Have a Williams Strike Zone bowler, uses system 9 boards. I am having a light issue on the strobe side. Every lamp on the on the strobe line 5(1J7-6) is acting funny. On the flashing lamp test they flash dimly, or get brighter, or sometimes not at all. During game play or game over mode, different lights on the strobe line 5 light up or flash when they should not.

I have checked every socket on the line, replaced every diode, check for shorts, isolated circuits, and nothing. i am leaning towards a board issue, possibly the U14 PIA 6821.

Any ideas?
