System 7 MPUs are tough to find and don't surface too often. I think I've only had two pass through my hands in the past 5 years. The last one I saw on ebay about a year ago had a bidding war up to about $150, if I remember right. It was untested and probably not working. I don't think it was nearly as clean as this one.
