Take a look at the lamp matrix on page 38 of your manual. The lamps you're calling out are all on columns 1 and 2. You'll find that the rest of the lamps in those columns are out too. That means they're all controlled by the same two strobe transistors. The detailed schematics for the lamp strobe/power (column) and return/ground (row) are on page 50 on the upper-right side of the page. Could be that some of those components are damaged or (hopefully) those connectors are loose or broken.
