There is only one fuse for both flippers, so if one works the fuse is good. There is a board called the flipper power supply in the lower right side of the back box. Remove this board and post a good pic of both sides of the board.

Well most of the time there is some cracked header pins on the board causing a bad connection. I don't see any from the pics. There is a molex connector that connects the output of this board to the play field, check to see if it is fully mated. It will be hanging just below the back box.
You will have to use a voltmeter and check the output of the flipper power supply, then at the molex connector and along the wire until you find a break in the wire.
