the game is up and running but seems like pop bumper lights and all other lights on top right corner of play field are not working. all bulbs are good and pop bumpers work. just no lights in that corner. any one ever have this problem? thanks

Sounds like a GI issue. Trace back the GI lighting and see if the molex connector in the backbox looks burnt, it's a very common problem with System 11 games.

Re-seating the plugs sounds like a good idea.

if i bring power to one of the sockets they all light up but do not flash like the rest of the play field.do you think this is a mpu board problem?thanks

Sounds like a bad connection but it could be a bad switching transistor as well. You need to check for current starting at the lights and work your way to the power supply. Test at every connection and component until you get a current reading. It's the process of elimination....Do you have a wiring scamatic for this machine?

Check it from pin to pin. Test the traces that way.
