Almost done with my high speed restore. Just noticed my text / digits on both lines is shifted one space to the left. Picture of the displays Show that when the display is on the word “display” is cut off at the “Y”because it’s shifted one spot to the right. This is noticeable on both lines in the player 1 and 3. Please help!!!

dumb question, dose it have a ribbon cable and are you off by 1 pin?

That was my first guess it is good.

You could only "shift" the connectors, leaving off an entire row of pins. That would leave a LOT MORE connections off...

Also, your Player 4 display does not seem to be affected at all. Is the player 2 display affected?

You REALLY NEED to post some pics of the displays in the official "Williams display tests mode" so that we can gain a clearer visual of the problem.

Figured it out. The plug next to the display port on the mpu was off by one pin to the right!!

It was mentioned that it was one of the larger plugs was one off, not the ribbon cable. It's more difficult to connect the ribbon cables incorrectly.

Yeah I get that, I'm not totally familiar with High Speed, and was making a suggestion where to start looking. Example ribbon cable,
and I get its more difficult but not impossible, lucky he didn't do any damage being off one, glad he found it.

I’m in the last few tasks of dialing in the gameplay, so far everyone I’ve asked for help has been awesome!! Got a ton of custom touches and tasteful editions . Very excited to finish this up, had this one a year and a half now.
