Ive been restoring this Williams suspense, but, when starting a new game, it will start, reset all the playfield solenoids, and but it starts a two player without me hitting the replay button to add the second player. The pin plays like as it would in two player mode, but the 2nd player light never lights up, when second player is up. Ball count Unit has been cleaned, but was looking for a player unit but not sure where it is. Can anyone give me some insight on where to look, and if I am going in the right direction.

It's the relay called 2nd coin, it is a trip and latch, latched 1 player, tripped 2 players.
Or the other way around.

wizardblom is correct 1 or 2 player is managed by the 2nd coin relay. Double check the bulbs.

Some of the lights are lite is on the ball count unit check to see if needs to be adjusted. (Stepping cleanly and the wiper arms are aligned correctly.)
