    The .10 and .25 coils are activated through the coin switches on the coin door. Check to make sure one of those is not stuck in the down position.....This could make the coil remain pulled and then blow the fuse.

    If not it, try to visually inspect all the switches on the playfield to see that none are stuck. Check all you stepper units inside the cabinet to see that they are working correctly, mainly the coin unit.
