Check the make/break on the Game Over relay.

Quoted from Jaffafu:

Hey i am a beginner and dont understand drawing you have pictures i can see.

In the bottom of the cabinet you'll see a bunch of relays, hopefully labeled. Find the Game Over and match the make/break sw. by wire color if there is more than one. Move the armature by hand to see how it operates.

Clay's guide is a must-read and super reference for beginners. Read down to 2f for info on switches: http://www.pinrepair.com/em/index1

I bet reset isn't getting completed. Check switch C on the Game Over for cleanliness and solid contact.
