If the outhole switch was checked already, check these other 2 switches.
Score motor index cam switch B make/break switch with R-B wire connected.
Advance unit zero position make/break blade switch with R/B wire connected to the long blade.
Clean and adjust switches if needed and inspect for bad wire connections.
This is for the initial pulse of the relays, the relay hold circuits are other switches.
