Quoted from homebrood:Agreed there's another jonesy in the cab. Sometimes there'll be one separate from the main bundle.
I bet it's in there danglin' from the playfield that needs fed to the head!
Yup, just finished a tune up on mine for TPF.
F48176BB-CBA3-410E-AC08-32C8FDD81C10 (resized).jpegAs others have said it’s the match unit. Machine will play fine whether it works or not. When the score motor is running there should be a couple reset relays in the backbox pulsing, if not I’d check that circuit. You could try manually setting all score reels to zero, turn the machine on and see if the score motor stop running.
Quoted from Sbenedetto:I thought it was fried I didn't realize it would work without the copper tracing being completed.
I need to do some cleaning. This was bought not working. Lights turn on I'll give more of an update in the next day or 2. I just didn't want to start diagnosing and have that step unit be the reason why it wouldn't reset! Thanks guys.
It’s probably fine but like I say even if it’s not working the machine will play otherwise.
