Williams Space Odyssey give to much bonus in double bonus

I have a Williams Space Odyssey that gives more points than it should in double bonus. any where from 2,000 extra to 7,000 extra. If 10,000 is lit on double bonus it always gives 25,000. Any ideas where to look?

I did find a short on the motor switch. So on to the new problem. Now it only gives 1000 points for every 2 steps in double bonus. I have looked at the 3rd switch on the impulse stack and it looks to be and ohms out like its working correctly.
