I am having an issue with a William Sorcerer when a single player game is initiated the game starts with a score of 0, if you add more players each player you add has a score of 0 as they should but Player 1 gets points added to his score with each push of the start button. Any ideas?

I have also noticed that some of the upper lanes get lit as if a ball had activated them during this process.

You could try slipping a piece of paper between the blades of the upper lane switches so they cannot close. If the problem goes away, then one of these is probably gapped too closely.

Suggestion was correct it was one of the upper lane switches that was set too close, minor adjustment and it works fine.
