I don’t think it’ll do you much good to mess with the relay (or the cover).
I would start by telling us what repairs from Clay’s guide you did, and what exactly was tested.

Right bumper is 19 (aka solenoid 19). As listed in my first photo. It is on pin 3 of connector J12 (which is listed as P12 in the manual). Pin 3 connects to Q6 and then to Q5.
The photo from PINTEC shows the same thing all in one screenshot. It does assume that you found the correct solenoid number from elsewhere. Easier to trace the path in that one.
You will probably want to check the continuity from Q6 and Q5 if you have already replaced them.
Q6 center (C) is back to pin 3. E is ground and can be checked on the E leg of Q4 or Q8 as well as the ground around the outside of the board. B leg connects to the E leg of Q5 (It's right above). Center leg (B) of Q5 goes to leg 4 of IC8. Leg C goes to the resistor directly above it (each Q5 leg goes to a resistor above actually).
