That game is from the time when Williams was reorganizing their game documentation. In addition to the schematic, you'll want "Parts Catalog Supplement C" or a later parts catalog that spans that time range. I don't know if there was a game-specific "manual" for Base Hit. If Mike doesn't have all the docs, try Pinball Resource for the rest.
