Anyone know where one can find a Williams Big Deal (1977) match index pusher pawl? Mine just broke off and I may just machine a new unit out of Delrin.

Not sure what you're dealing with, but I had a tooth break off a plastic (?) ratchet wheel and repaired with JB Weld. Link attached. Could you try a repair instead of making a new part? My repair is working fine.

I got a lead on one from the West Coast. I am going to make a CAD drawing of my broken unit and see if I can 3D print it or make a new one out of aluminum or Delrin. I will post a picture when completed.

As promised - a 3D printed version of the broken plastic part.

Cool! Wish I had a printer I could use. Lots of potential for plastic pinball parts.

The replacement unit from West Coast was better than the original unit. The Match Unit works again! I may move it's signal over to the 1,000 point coil to keep the wear and tear down. Using the 100s coil seems to be a bit excessive.
