Williams Lucky Ace 1974 - 10s score reel not resetting

The other score reels reset OK, just not the 10s reel

If I manually move the 10s reel to 0, the game starts OK

I can't get the coil on the 10s reel to fire at all. May be a broken wire internally; I found a mount screw that was too long sticking into the side of the coil.

Sigh.

Yeah, did that. It's OL - open circuit.
