Williams, 1968Hi Everyone,
I need help to resolve this issue with my Lady Luck , If I beat the dealer with 21 points even, I do not get an extra ball. This issue wasn't there before i cleaned all the stepper units and the contact switches. Does anybody out there have the diagram so i can understand where i can start to check and resolve this problem?

Do both players have the problem? Does the 20 point relay trip when the 10 point card score reel reaches 20 for both players?

Hi Mark, I can't check it now the pinball isn't here with me , it is with my friend that he lives another town. I have to go there to check and fix this issue. Before I'd want to have the clear idea where to check
. Certainly, now when the player passes the 20 card he get not an extra ball
.I already have the Lady Luck diagram and I was hoping that some of you could send me the exact point on the diagram to check.

This is the path that should give you an extra ball when either player drains with 21 points:

There are nine or ten switches (depending on the player) that all need to close, plus the wiper on the score reel needs to be at 1 and the Replay on 21 adjustment needs to be set the right way for the Extra Ball relay to fire. If you can determine whether or not both players see the problem that would eliminate some of those switches. Or just jumper around a few switches at a time to see if you can pinpoint which switch isn't closing.

This is the schematic that I needed to understand where I can put my hands.
Yes , another issue I had after cleaning all the steppers was from the stepper unit coin that the step up coil wont fire twice and the BCU wont move from position 1 ( ball 1) to position 3 (ball 2).
