Usually fuse F2 blows on the power supply when coils are locking on. Check your fuses for the correct values. Something expensive might get cooked.

Fun game, with some wild action from those short pulse magna-saves.

These old Williams games commonly have bad solder joints on the header pins, and the connection between the CPU and Driver board can be troublesome.
